Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson, reportedly, was arrested for domestic violence. According to TMZ, the 22-year-old star of the series «Jessie» was with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk, where they reportedly got into a conflict on August 9th. Security noticed them arguing and saw Jackson, reportedly, push her boyfriend twice.
Universal CityWalk security called the police, who arrested Jackson for domestic violence. Reportedly, she was issued a citation and then released just a few hours later, according to information.
Jackson has not publicly responded to this report yet. However, a day before this incident, she attended the Power of Young Hollywood event by Variety.
The actress previously starred in the series «Jessie», - where she played the role of Zuri Ross. She reprised her role in the spin-off series «Bunk'd». After her days on Disney Channel, Jackson participated in the show «Dancing with the Stars» in 2020. Her most recent project for this New York native is the role of Patti in the film «The Man in the White Van», - expected to be released sometime in 2024.
Last year, Jackson told PEOPLE magazine about how she deals with the «pressure» that comes with fame.
