Anneliese van der Pol and Jojo Siwa are not in the best of relationships, as fans see it. The former Disney Channel star, 39-year-old actress, and Dance Moms alum, 21-year-old Jojo, got into a conflict on TikTok because of a comment Jojo left on one of Anneliese’s videos.
In response to one of Anneliese’s TikTok videos, Jojo accused Anneliese of criticizing the show and Disney Channel on her page. The video in question showed Anneliese laughing at the cancellation of the show Raven’s Home after she was fired from the series.
«Six seasons and now a spin-off… I guess they’re doing well», - Jojo commented, adding, «Also look at your account. Most of your views come from talking about the show/Raven, also [sic]».
Anneliese responded to Jojo’s comment by writing, «'Most of your views' - exactly, you’re starting to understand. Now show some respect for my name, little girl. I paved the way so you could 'dance'».
Anneliese reacted to the comment by posting an additional clip showing Jojo’s statement. Above the clip, the former «That's So Raven» cast member wrote, «When Jojo Siwa trolls you on TikTok».
The actress also appeared on the «Podco» podcast, where she claimed she didn’t know who Jojo was and said, «I was in the 'Who is Jojo?' style. I was really in the 'Jojo Rabbit?' style. I have no idea what people are talking about».
Like most millennials and Gen Z representatives, Anneliese was known for her character Chelsea in «That's So Raven». After playing her role in «Raven's Home», - Anneliese, reportedly, was fired from the spin-off series. Since then, she has hinted at her time on the Disney Channel show and even a possible feud with its star Raven-Symoné. However, Raven, 38, has not publicly commented on Anneliese’s assumptions on TikTok.
As for Jojo, this is not the first time she has expressed her dissatisfaction with celebrities online. In 2022, the former reality TV star accused Candace Cameron Bure of being the rudest celebrity she had ever met because Candace, 48, allegedly refused to take a photo with her in the past.
