Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo continue to showcase their incredible charisma since they finished filming the movie «Wicked». Two months before its highly anticipated premiere, 31-year-old Ariana posted a photo on Instagram with Cynthia, 37. In her caption, the «Thank U, Next» singer hinted to fans that there were only «80 days» left to see part 1 of the film adaptation.
In the photo, Ariana and Cynthia were dressed in their Glinda (known as Glinda from the original «Wizard of Oz») and Elphaba costumes, who becomes the Wicked Witch of the West. The Nickelodeon actress seemed to have taken a selfie, making sure to capture her tall silver crown, as well as Cynthia’s green makeup.
The dynamic duo continues to tease fans with their upcoming film based on the original Broadway musical. Earlier this summer, Ariana and Cynthia visited the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. They posed in front of the Eiffel Tower in full «Wicked» costumes, where the «Break Free» singer was dressed in a pale pink dress with white gloves, and the «Color Purple» actress was in a strapless green dress with a matching hat.
The theatrical girls also showcased their «Wicked» character dolls in July, which Cynthia shared in a video on Instagram.
«What a dream come true to be Elphaba and Glinda in the form of cute dolls», - Cynthia captioned her post, adding, «Little Cynthia and little Ari are happy».
In April, Ariana and Cynthia promoted their film at CinemaCon, both dressed in pink and green outfits symbolizing their characters.
