Ben Affleck seems to be focusing on family time, as he was recently spotted with his child Seraphina Affleck, after his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce on Tuesday, August 20.
In photos published by Page Six, the 52-year-old actor was seen, seemingly in a bad mood, in a blue button-down shirt over a gray t-shirt, paired with khaki pants and Nike sneakers, holding a phone. He was photographed heading to the AMC theater in Marina Del Rey, California, for a movie session with his 15-year-old daughter, who was dressed in a graphic print t-shirt and cargo pants, along with three other teenagers.
This observation came shortly after Affleck was seen with Seraphina, when he accompanied his older daughter Violet to Yale University for her freshman year, accompanied by his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. His younger son Samuel was not present. While Affleck focuses on family, he is also dealing with the divorce from the 55-year-old singer.
JLo filed for divorce in the Los Angeles Supreme Court, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation, according to Page Six. The statement noted that their split occurred on April 26, 2024. Lopez also requested to change her last name back from Affleck to Lopez.
