Blake Lively has officially announced that she is launching her own hair care line after creating an Instagram account dedicated to this secret project.
The 36-year-old actress is known for her luxurious hair, which she wore as Serena Van Der Woodsen in the series «Gossip Girl». Blake noted in her Instagram announcement, where she proudly shows off her hair, that they have been a big part of her life, which she said is «the most recognizable part of me».
She shared the story of her blonde wavy hair and wrote: «This has been my longest relationship in life. 36 years. And, like any relationship, they are at their best when you take care of each other. To take good care of them, I found a system that has brought me great benefit, a hack through decades of working with the best people in the industry and silly mistakes».
Blake has been a fashion and beauty icon for many years, not only thanks to her hair, but also her stylish outfits. Speaking with E! Insider, she shared some of her beauty secrets: «I think it’s just about finding what makes you feel good. I used to look in magazines and like an image, and you try to look like everyone else, and it’s not fun. So I think the most important thing is to own it and feel good».
She highlighted the benefits of her product line in her post: «I wanted something more affordable, but with the same effect as in a salon/on the red carpet… I also wanted scents that were like high-end perfumery.
