Happy belated birthday to Blake Shelton! The country star celebrated his 48th birthday in Italy with his wife Gwen Stefani, 54. Blake shared that he and Gwen had a wonderful time with a fantastic celebration to kick off their new trip around the sun. I drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to make sure I made it back to the hotel in one piece… although I still haven’t made it there», - he wrote under the photo.
