A federal jury found Tal Alexander, Oren Alexander, and Alon Alexander guilty on all counts in a high-profile human trafficking case, concluding a five-week trial during which 11 women testified about how the brothers drugged, sexually assaulted, or raped them between 2008 and 2021.
The verdict was delivered on March 9, 2026, marking the end of one chapter in a legal battle that has severely damaged the Alexanders' reputation in the luxury real estate and private security sectors. In connection with this event, a new documentary series titled «Real Estate Wolves: The Alexander Brothers» is set to premiere on the Peacock platform, exploring how the brothers' childhood and early years in Miami may have influenced the crimes described by prosecutors.
The brothers were arrested on December 11, 2024, and charged with federal human trafficking, conspiracy, and sexual assault. All three pleaded not guilty and maintained their innocence throughout the trial. Ultimately, they were found guilty on 10 counts related to human trafficking, including conspiracy to commit human trafficking.
Prosecutors argued that the brothers lured women to luxurious locations such as Aspen and the Hamptons, where they and other men allegedly drugged and raped them. Although only 11 women testified during the trial, prosecutors stated that over 60 women accused one or more of the Alexanders of rape.
Among the charges against the brothers were instances of sexual assault against minors and the use of drugs to facilitate crimes. Specifically, Tal and Alon were found guilty of human trafficking concerning a 16-year-old girl following an alleged assault in the Hamptons in 2009.
The Alexanders' attorneys claimed that the women consented to the dates and felt shame, which prompted them to testify. However, evidence presented during the trial painted a different picture, showing the brothers discussing «delivery of women» and «return on investment», - indicating a perception of women as property.
The trial was initiated after accusations from Australian Kate Whiteman, who alleged that Oren and Alon raped her in March 2024. Her allegations became a catalyst for many other women to come forward with similar claims. Whiteman passed away in late 2025, and her death was ruled non-suspicious.
The Alexander brothers face a minimum sentence of 15 years, with the possibility of life imprisonment. Their sentencing is scheduled for October 27, 2026.
