Former Dance Moms participant Christi Lukasiak got into an accident under the influence of alcohol

Christi Lukasiak from Dance Moms is once again in the spotlight, this time due to driving under the influence.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, the 47-year-old woman was involved in a car accident on June 28 when her car crashed into a tree. It appears that the mother of two was intoxicated, as she admitted to having «two glasses of wine».
Since she was speeding five miles over the 35-mile-per-hour limit, her sentencing is scheduled for August 13. Neither she nor her representative have commented on the incident.
This news comes after her post in May on Instagram, where she shared a TikTok video titled «POV Kelly [Hyland] and Christi after leaving another dance competition at the bar». The video showed former dance moms dancing as if they were photoshopped into a bar.
Chloe Lukasiak’s mother commented on the post: «I feel like this deserves a spot on the feed… and @kellyhyland doesn’t remember doing this».
A user returned to the video and wrote: «this… doesn’t age well».
In another video posted by the reality star in May, she was filmed making martinis with her close friend — Kelly, the mother of Brooke and Paige Hyland. «The best 10 seconds of reality TV @kellyhyland. Would you drink the martini that Kelly and I made?»
But Christi is not the only former Dance Moms participant who has gotten into some legal trouble. Dance coach Abby Lee Miller — with whom Christi, as shown, did not get along — was sentenced to prison for fraud and bankruptcy.
During an interview on the podcast «Just B», - the 58-year-old woman, who is battling cancer, shared: «What the show and the moms did destroyed my business… They destroyed my business». She also criticized the fact that none of the dancers from the show visited her during her prison sentence. «Shame on you. Shame on you after what I did for you, for your children — helped you make a lot of money. You couldn’t come visit me for eight and a half months? You couldn’t send a card, a letter?» she told Entertainment Tonight
