Former Angelina Jolie security guard reportedly claimed he «heard» her telling their six children to stay away from their father, Brad Pitt. According to a new report, Tony Webb (who currently works for Pitt, 60) alleged that Jolie, 48, threatened to sue him and his team if they were to testify in a «custody battle».

According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Pitt’s legal team filed them on Thursday, May 9, and explained that Webb «was the head of Jolie’s security for two decades, and he remained in that position for about four years after the couple’s divorce». In the documents, Webb claimed that the «Salt» actress «demanded that he and his contractors sign NDAs regarding various personal and professional details about her, her family, and her life».

Furthermore, Webb claimed that he once «received several calls from a representative of Jolie, who told Mr. Webb to remind his staff that they had signed NDAs with Jolie and that if they were to testify in a court proceeding, Jolie would sue them».

After relaying Jolie’s alleged warning to his team, both of Webb’s contractors «confirmed that they planned to testify if subpoenaed». Additionally, the documents stated that «one of [the contractors] told Webb that 'he would testify to statements he heard from Ms. Jolie encouraging the children to avoid spending time with Mr. Pitt during custody visits'».

Jolie and Pitt are raising together children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox.

After «both guards testified», Jolie reportedly fired them «shortly thereafter».

Neither Pitt nor Jolie have publicly commented on this issue. However, the star’s lawyer from «Girl, Interrupted» Paul Murphy responded to the court documents in a statement to ET.

«Mr. Pitt’s efforts to continue to equate regular NDAs for security and household staff, which cover confidential information that employees learn on the job, with his demand for an extended NDA to continue to cover up his reprehensible conduct, remain shameful», - the lawyer said in a statement. «This case is not about NDAs in general, but about power and control. All Angelina wanted was separation and health, with positive relationships between all members of their family, including Mr. Pitt. She looks forward to the day when he can finally let her go».

New court documents emerged after Jolie accused Pitt of «physical violence» towards her, particularly during an alleged incident in 2016 that occurred on a plane.
