Celine Dion arrived in Paris in a good mood.

Her positive energy may be a sign of her return to the stage, possibly at the Olympic Games.

Dion arrived in Paris on Monday at the Royal Monceau hotel near the Champs-Elysées, where Lady Gaga also stayed, another potential headline act for the opening ceremony.

The singer of «My Heart Will Go On», who is battling an incurable stiff person syndrome, has received wide acclaim since the release of her documentary «I Am: Céline Dion» last month, achieving a perfect 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film, covering over a year of intimate filming, describes her personal struggle with a rare disorder affecting muscle function in the torso and limbs.

By the end of the documentary, the 56-year-old singer promised to return to the stage, and it seems she has been preparing for a performance at one of the largest venues: the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.

The Canadian singer hinted at her return in an interview for Vogue France in April, where she said: «I chose to work with my whole body and soul, from head to toe, with the medical team. I want to be the best. My goal is to see the Eiffel Tower again!»

She also mentioned that she works every day to become stronger. «For four years I told myself that I wouldn’t come back, that I was ready, that I wasn’t ready… As of now, I can’t tell you: 'Yes, in four months'», - she said. «I don’t know… My body will tell me», - she added.

It turns out that she may indeed perform in front of the famous Parisian monument, as the opening ceremony will take the form of a water parade along the Seine, ending at Trocadéro, opposite the Eiffel Tower. The ceremony, which will take place outside a stadium for the first time in history, will showcase iconic places in Paris and bring together 3,500 actors, dancers, and musicians.

The campaign «Courage is Unbeatable» was created by The Hive agency and includes a 60-second film «What We Don’t See», which attempts to shed light on the other side of athletes that viewers don’t usually see before the Paris Summer Olympics. The commercial was directed by Canadian director Hubert Davis and voiced in English by actor Michael J. Fox and in French by Dion
