Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter attended the wedding of Chad’s nephew Matthew Lowe, which took place on October 10, just a few weeks after the tragic death of their 13-year-old daughter Fiona.
At the ceremony held in Santa Barbara, California, Chad and Kim were seen together with their daughters Mabel and Nixie. Matthew, who is 33 years old, is the eldest son of Chad’s brother, Robert Lowe, and his wife Sheryl Berkoff. Rob and Sheryl, as well as their son John Owen, were also present at the wedding.
Fiona’s death occurred in September, and in a joint statement released on September 29, Chad and Kim expressed their deep sorrow, noting that Fiona was «a loving girl, smart, creative, and loved to dance». They requested prayers and respect for their privacy during this difficult time.
A few days later, Mabel shared a touching tribute to her sister on Instagram, writing: «I love you so much, Fiona ❤️. I hope your time here was easier, and I hope your mind is at peace now».
