Chrissy Teigen talked about changes in taste after the birth of her fourth child

Chrissy Teigen’s tastes have apparently changed since welcoming her fourth child, Esti. In her Instagram Stories, the 38-year-old star revealed that she can’t eat spicy foods anymore after her pregnancy.
«At first I had garlic cream cheese, and it was pretty wonderful, and now I eat jalapeño cream cheese», - she said in one of her Stories while eating a bagel. «You guys, I’m Thai, we eat the spiciest food in the world. But with Esti, I can’t handle the spiciness as much. I still eat, but my body rejects it».
In a separate story, Chrissy joked about watching «90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?» alone, mentioning her husband, John Legend. «Sorry, John. I know you’re not here, but you’ve been gone too long, and now I’ll be watching Happily Ever After without you», - Chrissy noted. «I'm really happy, truly happy for 'Pornokkio'».
In addition to Esti, 17 months old, Chrissy and 45-year-old John are raising their children Luna, 8, son Miles, 6, and son Ren, 11 months. They welcomed Esti in January 2023.
Chrissy had a cesarean section during Esti’s birth. After welcoming her daughter into the world, the mother of four shared on Instagram that she was «going to re-tie» her wound after the procedure. She also shared this experience with PEOPLE magazine.
«The incision is very large, and you never know how your stomach will come back together», - the model told the publication. «I think your organs are on the table for a moment, but for me, it’s so cool. I took pictures of everything from above. I have the craziest photos of the umbilical cord and everything else».
While admitting she was «somewhat excited» about the operation, Chrissy added that she had «given birth vaginally twice», - so she was ready to «try this».
«I really love surgery», - she said. «It's really crazy, but I still think it’s so cool. I was lying there with my eyes wide open, with my body cut open, and the baby comes out. Now Miles and Luna love to look at my scar and call it the baby hole»
