Judge of the show «Dancing with the Stars» Derek Hough shared new insights on health after the birth of his daughter. On Instagram, he wrote: «New dad, new commitment to health», - adding that he aims for longevity to be full of energy and love for his daughter every day.
Hough attached a shirtless selfie to the post, showcasing his muscles, and explained why the mirror in the photo was a bit dirty: «Masterpiece of a dirty mirror courtesy of baby Everley ❤️», - he noted, referring to his nine-month-old daughter.
