Justin Baldoni and his wife Emily Baldoni made a rare public appearance during the first-ever Super Bowl night of «Dancing with the Stars». The couple, both 42 years old, was spotted in the audience during the live broadcast on October 13, enthusiastically applauding after the performance by Maura Higgins from «Love Island» UK, who opened the show with a tango inspired by Rihanna’s performance at Super Bowl 2023.
Their children were also present at the event: Maya, 11, and Maxwell, 8. The Baldonis stepped back from public life following Justin’s legal battle with his «It Ends With Us» co-star Blake Lively. Justin was required to partially cover Lively’s legal fees after they settled her allegations of harassment out of court in May.
In a joint social media video posted in July, Emily noted that while they were grateful, it did not erase the injustices and pain they had experienced in recent years. She emphasized that they had to deal with many hardships and try to understand how such things could happen, and that it had been difficult for their family.
Justin also acknowledged that «painful things» were said during the legal proceedings. He added that the couple did not want to create a stir and simply wanted to let justice take its course. The Baldonis noted that they have grown closer and more committed to their faith after all the trials.
