Jeff Lewis unveils $ 3 million home renovation

Jeff Lewis is returning to Bravo with a new season of the show Still Flipping Out, which premieres on September 28. In an exclusive clip presented by Us, he showcases one of his most significant renovations—a house on June Street that he purchased in December 2022.
Lewis revealed that he initially planned to spend $ 400,000 on the renovation, but the total amount eventually rose to $ 3 million. He noted that the renovation process was exciting for him, and he enjoyed every one of the three years spent on the project. Among the expenses were $ 100,000 for windows, $ 80,000 for the HVAC and electrical systems, $ 225,000 for the pool, and $ 50,000 for the walk-in closet.
Shane Douglas, Lewis’s chief assistant, jokingly commented that Jeff easily justifies his renovation expenses by adding new elements to the project. He pointed out that the original plan was just to update the kitchen, but Lewis ultimately decided to create a second kitchen and update the bathrooms as well.
In the new season of Still Flipping Out, viewers will see how Lewis manages the demands of his SiriusXM show, as well as other aspects of his life. Lewis became known for the show Flipping Out, which aired on Bravo for 11 seasons until 2018.
In an interview with Bravo Insider, he noted that the real estate market has changed, and although prices are high, homes are not selling as actively, making the resale process more challenging.
