Former «Jersey Shore» cast member Jen Harley has been arrested for alleged domestic violence. According to Starcasm, Harley, 39, was taken into custody by police in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, on Saturday, October 10, and booked into the Miami-Dade County jail on a charge related to domestic violence.
Harley spent two nights in custody before being released on October 12 after posting a $ 1,000 bond. She has filed a written plea of not guilty. An initial hearing is scheduled for December 8.
The identity of the alleged victim has not been disclosed at the time of publication. According to Starcasm, a restraining order has been established, but it is «conditional until the court hearing, allowing contact».
Harley denied the domestic violence allegations in a comment on an Instagram post, stating, «I repeat, I am completely innocent of the charges against me!» She also posted several cryptic messages in her Instagram Stories.

Harley has previously had legal issues, including an arrest in 2018 for allegedly dragging Ortiz-Magro with their infant in the backseat. In 2019, she was arrested for domestic violence after an incident at a club where she reportedly threw an ashtray at Ortiz-Magro's face. In 2021, she was arrested again after her ex-partner reported that she hit him and threatened him with a weapon. The case was closed after Harley underwent treatment for alcohol dependency.
