During the filming of the fourth season episode in New York on Sunday, July 28, star of the series Jennifer Aniston was photographed getting caught in a downpour of oil, standing in the middle of a group of protesters. According to a viral video on social media, the 55-year-old actress started the scene holding a mobile phone, apparently filming a selfie video of the surrounding events.
Raising her phone to capture herself and others around her, someone off-camera poured oil on Jennifer. Although she was shocked, Jennifer continued to film on her phone camera.
The experienced actress plays the role of Alex Levy — the lead of a fictional morning news program called «Morning Show». Jennifer’s real-life friend, Reese Witherspoon, plays alongside her as Bradley Jackson, co-host on the «Morning Show». In the first season, the women were at odds with each other after Alex suddenly forced the network to hire Bradley following the dismissal of Steve Carell’s character, Mitch Kessler, for sexual harassment.
