New photos have emerged of Jessica Biel in New York shortly after her husband, Justin Timberlake, was arrested in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York, for driving under the influence. The 42-year-old actress was spotted on the set of her upcoming series «Best Sister» on Tuesday, June 18, in Manhattan, shortly after the 43-year-old performer of the hit «Mirrors» was charged with driving under the influence.
Jessica was seen with a blonde bob and in a black and beige form-fitting dress. It appears she was walking through a large crowd of people in Upper Manhattan that evening.
Earlier that day, Justin was in the Hamptons, where he was stopped by police for driving under the influence. According to a criminal complaint obtained from various sources, the NSYNC member refused to take a breathalyzer test three times. The complaint stated that Justin «had red and glassy eyes, a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath, he was unable to focus, had slurred speech, unsteady gait, and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests».
It was also reported that the criminal complaint stated Justin told the arresting officer: «I had one martini and was following my friends home».
He was arrested around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, and was detained by Sag Harbor police. Justin was charged with driving under the influence and two traffic violations: failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to stay in his lane.
Sag Harbor police did not immediately respond to a request from Hollywood Life.
Hours later, Justin was released after being charged and is reportedly scheduled to appear in court in July.
Additionally, it is expected that Justin will perform in Chicago this week as part of his Forget Tomorrow World tour. Next week, the «Everything I Thought I Was» artist is set to take the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York.
