Actress Jessica Biel spent the night on the dance floor at her husband Justin Timberlake’s concert in New York on Tuesday, June 25, despite his arrest for driving under the influence.
The 42-year-old actress was spotted in a video posted by The Real Housewives of New York City star Jessel Taank on Instagram, dancing to the music of the 43-year-old singer and enjoying a drink.

Officers added that «it was determined that the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition, his eyes were red and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from his mouth, he was unable to focus, had slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet, and performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests».
