Gypsy Rose Blanchard filed a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, shortly after their separation. According to reports, the couple had an argument before Gypsy, 32, left and confirmed their breakup. In her restraining order, the Louisiana native Gypsy reportedly claims that she is «not at fault for the breakdown of [their] marriage».
Additionally, Gypsy is requesting that Ryan pay her temporary and long-term alimony because she «needs it», - according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Thursday, April 11.
Last week, Gypsy’s friend, Nadia Vizier, told the same publication that Gypsy and Ryan had a huge fight before their final separation.
«He stood in front of her and yelled», - Nadia claimed. «Gypsy said she was afraid he would hit her. He didn’t, but it happened in the past with her mother [Dee Dee Blanchard]. So her first instinct was to cower and be ready. But she went to a safe place and called her lawyer. Ryan is a big guy, and she told me she was really scared».
Recently, Gypsy was seen in the company of her ex-fiancé, Ken Urcer, as they got tattoos together and even held hands. However, Ken stated on social media that they are just friends and were not intimate.
