In Arizona, 49-year-old Joseph Clark was arrested on charges of murdering his pregnant wife, Noelle, whose body was found in the garage of their home. According to the Pima County Sheriff, Joseph allegedly stabbed her in the chest in the children’s bedroom and then ran over her with his car.

Joseph was charged with two counts of second-degree murder on October 10, a day after law enforcement officials discovered Noelle’s body in their home in Vail. At the time of the incident, their two young children, aged 5 and 2, were reportedly present in the house and were unharmed.

According to information provided by the sheriff, police arrived at the scene in response to a domestic violence report and found Noelle with obvious signs of violent death. Court documents obtained by KOLD-TV describe how Joseph brutally attacked Noelle using his hands and a belt, and then stabbed her in the chest.

Afterward, he allegedly dragged her body from the children’s room to the garage, where bloody tire tracks were found. Investigators believe that Joseph ran over Noelle, as there were tire marks on her hands. During the investigation, a belt associated with the attack, a bloodied knife, and traces of blood in the children’s bedroom were discovered.

The children have been placed under the care of the Arizona Department of Child Safety. In court documents reviewed by KVOA, Joseph confessed to detectives that he killed Noelle, claiming that she had tormented him for the past few years and accusing her of electrocuting him. However, he had no visible injuries related to the alleged violence from her.

Investigators believe that Joseph planned to dispose of Noelle’s body after the murder. His bail has been set at $ 1 million. It is unclear whether Joseph has an attorney. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 20, and the investigation is ongoing.
