Julia Garner will play the lead role in the upcoming film «Apartment 7A», and in this golden era of prequels, sequels, and reboots, the film serves as a predecessor to one of the most famous horror films of all time: «Rosemary's Baby». Set in 1965, the story follows Julia’s character, Terry Gionoffrio, a dancer struggling to make a career in New York.

However, troubling circumstances make her reconsider the sacrifices she is willing to make for her career, as she realizes that evil resides not only in Apartment 7A, but also in Bramford itself».
As seen in the trailer, Terry suffers a serious injury during a dance and undergoes a procedure. She does everything possible to maintain her dance career, which proves to be a difficult tactic. After meeting an elderly couple in town, they help her settle into a new apartment, and Terry soon discovers that their intentions may be sinister.
After premiering at the Fantastic festival, the film will be released for streaming on September 27.

«Apartment 7A» is intended as a prequel to «Rosemary's Baby». However, in 2008, a remake of the film was developed by producers Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form. The idea soon fell through, but the producers returned to the project ten years later.
