The Stagecoach Festival takes place annually at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. This large outdoor complex in the California desert is also the venue for Coachella and regularly hosts tens of thousands of fans at major music events each year.
On Saturday evening, April 25, 2026, the Stagecoach Festival was evacuated due to strong winds and dangerous gusts that hit the Indio area during the evening performances. Emergency messages appeared on the screens at the stage and were sent through the festival app around 7:45—8:00 PM, urging attendees to leave the area immediately.
Stagecoach 2026 took place from April 24 to 26 and featured a variety of country and crossover artists throughout all three days. Headliners included Cody Johnson on Friday (Day 1), Wilson on Saturday (Day 2), and Post Malone on Sunday (Day 3).
Among other major artists performing over the weekend were Brooks & Dunn, Bailey Zimmerman, Riley Green, Ella Langley, Little Big Town, Journey, as well as crossover performers like Pitbull and Ludacris, and many others who took the stage at the three-day festival
