However, one track helped a London pub increase its business several times over in just a few days. According to Lily Bottomley, owner and events manager of the Black Dog pub, Taylor’s song titled «Black Dog» attracted several new customers.
«We are just thrilled, it’s so much fun», - she told the BBC on April 22. «All this attention is quite overwhelming, but we couldn’t be happier». Lily also confirmed that Taylor, 34, had previously visited the pub herself and said that the establishment now offers burgers and cocktails inspired by the singer.
In the song «Black Dog», - Taylor sings about an ex who didn’t turn off the location settings on his phone after the breakup. Although she doesn’t name specific people, much of her 11th studio album is dedicated to exes Joe Alwyn and Matt Healy.

While Lily doesn’t reveal who this famous ex might be, she told Sky News on April 22: «We have a certain blond regular customer, let’s say».
She also shared her theory on why fans (and Taylor) might love her business. «Black Dog is a beautiful local pub», - she told the BBC. «It's very small and cozy, so I can imagine that the local atmosphere, community, might appeal to her. Obviously, being so famous, it’s possibly a nice break. We listened to [the album] non-stop in the pub. We had fan song nights. It was amazing».
