In 2023, the Philadelphia Eagles played against the Kansas City Chiefs, but lost. In the 2025 Super Bowl, the Eagles became the kings of comeback, defeating the Chiefs and taking home the main prize. Quarterback Jalen Hurts of the Eagles shared his immense excitement after the victory and said, «God is good. He is great in all heights and lows. Now it’s time for fans to bring the love. The parade will follow the same route as in 2018, starting on Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. The parade will continue down Benjamin Franklin Parkway to its destination at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, according to FOX.
Eagles President Don Smolenski announced the parade on 94WIP Sports radio. He shared, «We're doing Friday. Friday is the day. I think we’re going to do something tomorrow with the city, but I think we put something out last night just to say Friday. Watching the weather, we have snow this week, so we want to be respectful to the city and do what they need. An extra day of planning won’t hurt, and it’s a good way to start the weekend»
