Country music star Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual violence by a woman known only as «Jane Roe» in court documents. She claims to have started working as a makeup artist and hairdresser for Brooks in 2017, hired by his wife, Trisha Yearwood, in 1999 to provide hair styling and makeup services. «Once in Los Angeles at the hotel, Miss Roe could not believe that Brooks had booked a room with one bedroom, and she did not have a separate room», - the lawsuit said, according to the publication.
Roe also accused Brooks of appearing in their hotel room «at the bedroom door, completely naked», - and making «repeated comments» to Roe that he had a «threesome» with his wife.
Brooks was previously an anonymous plaintiff in a previous lawsuit, according to CNN. He was referred to as «John Doe» in the lawsuit, which claimed that Roe’s allegations against him were «untrue».
«The defender knows well, however, the serious, irreparable damage that such false accusations cause to the reputation and caring person, as well as the inevitable damage to his family and irreparable damage to his career and means of existence that will follow if she carries out her threat to 'publicly file' her fabricated lawsuit», - the previous lawsuit said.
