Gypsy Rose Blanchard recalls her difficult breakup with former fiancé Ken Urker. During the second episode of Gypsy Rose: Life After Incarceration, the 32-year-old opened up about the consequences of their breakup while she was still in prison for the death of her late mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.

«Even though he was free and I was in prison, it was my first real long-term relationship», - she explained in the episode that aired on Monday, June 10. «Right before we were supposed to get married, he ended the relationship. It destroyed me. I think he basically used all the breakup clichés from a book».

Gypsy and Ken started dating in 2017, but broke up two years later. After their breakup, Gypsy and her current husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, got married in a prison wedding in 2022. After her release from prison in December 2023, Gypsy and Ryan made several public appearances together in various interviews and on social media, admiring each other at every opportunity.

However, their marital bliss seems to have come to a halt earlier this year. Three months after her release from prison, Gypsy and Ryan split up.

«People ask what’s going on in my life», - Gypsy wrote on her private Facebook account in March. «Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation, and I have moved back home to my parents in the bush. I have the support of family and friends to help me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to allow myself to find… who I am».

Just a few days after her announcement, Gypsy was seen with Ken, getting tattoos together. Since then, they have rekindled their relationship during Gypsy’s ongoing divorce from Ryan.

As for Ryan, he reacted to his ex-wife's reconciliation with Ken during an interview with E! News earlier this month.

«It's hard to watch this happen in front of the public eye», - he admitted to the publication. «There were certain things that happened that really, really hurt me… Matching tattoos really, really hurt me, that was what really hurt».
