Many of his alleged victims accused Maxwell of actively participating and aiding, with at least one claiming that she threatened them after they reported the abuse to law enforcement. Maxwell’s lawyer did not respond to a request for comment from HollywoodLife at the time of the 2022 verdict.

In 2019, Maxwell was photographed at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Los Angeles shortly after Epstein’s death, and the image was published by the New York Post.
