Gotham Television Awards 2026: Best Shows of the Year

The Gotham TV Awards will return on June 1, 2026, to celebrate the best achievements in television. Awards will be presented to both comedy series, such as «I Love Los Angeles» and «Too Much», - as well as dramas like «Pluribus» and «Alien: Earth». The annual awards ceremony recognizes shows that have resonated most with audiences.
After the announcement of the nominations on April 28, Jeffrey Sharp, Executive Director of The Gotham, noted: «With today’s nominations, our third annual Gotham Television Awards celebrate an incredible year of groundbreaking comedies, dramas, and original films, as well as the newly expanded category of Limited or Anthology Series, which recognizes where the boldest work in television is being created. As the first awards ceremony of the new television season, we are proud to bring together the brightest voices in the industry, celebrate the achievements of the year, and deepen our commitment to supporting the creative community we represent here at The Gotham».
