Are you ready for this? The iconic song «Ready for It?» by Taylor Swift is featured in a new commercial from NBC Sports promoting their coverage of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The clip uses a live version of the track from Taylor’s album «Reputation», - taken from her «Reputation» tour, showcasing various Team USA athletes talking about how excited they are to compete on the world stage this year.
The video starts with the Eiffel Tower and a laser show, perfectly complementing Taylor’s industrial pop song. The Olympic rings are prominently featured throughout the introduction. The clip then transitions to various scenes of different athletes talking about why they are looking forward to participating in the games. «When I see my 'Team USA' jersey in front of me, those red, white, and blue colors mean so much», - LeBron James said during his participation.
