Last night we were glued to our screens during the premiere of the show «The Bachelor». The main character, Grant Ellis, has already made an impression on his viewers with his charm, looks, and empathy. Grant started playing basketball in high school and continued to play on his high school team. He then played at the college level at Iona College in New York and Albertus Magnus College in Connecticut. Grant also played for the national team of the Dominican Republic and the club of this Caribbean island.
Grant is originally from New Jersey, but he is now based in Texas.
Grant’s mother signed him up for the show «The Bachelor» during the Jenn Tran season. They say it’s all for support!
Grant openly talked about his relationship issues with his father when he was with Jenn. Since then, his father has gone to rehab and celebrates his sobriety month by month, and his bond with Grant has become stronger as he decided to not only become better for himself but for his family as well.
His father appeared at the premiere last night, and they had a very emotional conversation. His father told him that he «deserves love» and that he will be a «better father» than he was when the time comes. Love was definitely felt between them, and the nation of bachelors is happy to see that the relationship between this pair, which was once tense, has evolved.

Grant has an older sister named Taylor Ellis, who is a model. She made her own debut on the show «The Bachelor» last night, making a surprise appearance as Grant met the 25 contestants. The other women were nervous when Taylor entered the house and elegantly approached Grant, who was sitting with one of the women outside. When the women found out that Taylor is his sister, they laughed and felt relieved that she was not a new competitor. Taylor continued to sweetly introduce childhood and teenage photos of Grant, and the contestants were charmed.
His sister is a successful model represented by Ford Models agency, and her shoots have been featured in Marie Claire and InStyle Mexico. She put her nursing studies on hold to focus on her modeling career
