Actor Gregory Michael got married… and made an entrance. On a jet ski. In a black linen tuxedo. His bride — actress and director M.S. Huff, whose creative instincts match his penchant for the unexpected. The unforgettable event speaks to Michael’s approach to style: bold, personal, and uniquely distinctive. It also speaks to Sartoro, the bespoke tailoring atelier behind Michael’s impeccable wedding look. Because not many brands can create formal attire meant for walking down the aisle and aquatic theatrical performances.

Listen to it from Gregory himself, as he talks about the process and the amazing events of their big day:

What started as a collaboration turned into a full wardrobe production. Michael needed more than just a wedding tuxedo. He needed a lineup that would match the pace of a weekend full of ceremonies, boat rides, island landscapes, and unexpected moments. Sartoro provided three separate individual looks for the occasion — each with its own character, each an exercise in precise tailoring and design.

A tuxedo for a jet ski? In black linen, no less! Try finding that on a rack. «I pitched (Sartoro founder) Andy this James Bond entrance idea», - Michael said. «He was all in. I asked, 'Have you ever done a black linen tuxedo?' - and he hadn’t, but he figured it out. That’s what made it special».

The tuxedo was designed to maintain its structure even on tropical waters, tailored to individual measurements using a virtual size created based on Sartoro’s artificial intelligence.

And that was just the first look.

For the ceremony, Michael chose a sandy linen Sartoro suit with wide lapels — again, a detail few ready-to-wear brands would embrace. And for the third look — the Verona Sage suit with a custom silk lining, embroidered initials and silhouette inside, created for breeze and boldness.

The actor worked closely with the Sartoro team, refining the style, structure, and fabric until each outfit was not only visually stunning but deeply personal. «If I didn’t feel like I was embodying the look, I wouldn’t feel like myself», - he said. «As soon as I put on these suits, I felt 100%».

There’s a reason why Sartoro resonated with someone like Michael, whose career spans from network dramas to self-produced series like Finn. He lives between worlds, on set, on stage, and now on water. For that, he needs a wardrobe that moves with him. Sartoro’s tech-savvy approach to bespoke tailoring bypasses bureaucracy and uncomfortable fittings. Instead, clients get a hybrid of traditional craftsmanship and digital precision, from choosing the shape of the lapel to how much lining they want on a summer blazer.

This blended approach of accessibility and craftsmanship is part of Sartoro’s DNA. Yes, the suits are tailored to individual measurements. But they are also created to have meaning.

The partnership between Michael and Sartoro didn’t end at the wedding. Michael also received early models from Sartoro’s Elevated Casual collection, which had not yet been launched. This included suits made from silk-linen fabric and shorts that maintained the brand’s minimalist, masculine style without sacrificing comfort. «These new pieces are phenomenal», - Michael said. «Short sleeves, bold prints, tailored shorts, all custom-made. Perfect for summer».

Ultimately, style is just one way of telling stories, and Michael has many more stories to tell. Between performances with the legendary Los Angeles improv troupe The Groundlings and the upcoming production of Finn, a television series he wrote, directed, and starred in, his creative vision continues to expand. Whether on screen, on stage, or on a jet ski, Gregory Michael clearly dresses and lives for his role
