The actress, known for her role in «Scream VI», - shared how she was on a «super yacht» filled with celebrities when one of her friends suggested she «get into bed» with a famous man who was older than her. This revelation raised questions among fans about who exactly Hayden was referring to.
«My body no longer felt like my own», - Hayden recalls in one excerpt from the book, which also addresses her struggles with addiction, the challenges of living in the public eye, her relationships, and family. «Oh God, I thought. Is he naked under the blanket?» she wrote, claiming that her trusted friend whispered to her, «I want you to sleep with him», - before leaving the room.
Hayden described the man as «a famous British singer and songwriter in his thirties». She complied with her friend’s request and got into bed.
«As soon as the door closed, my survival instinct kicked in», - the actress wrote in the book, before recounting what she said to the unnamed man. «Listen… I don’t know what she told you, but this isn’t happening».
After leaving the room, Hayden began to gather her things to leave the yacht.
«I felt like I had been punched in the face», - she wrote, speaking about the betrayal from her unnamed friend. «She confided in me, spoiled me, and treated me like a best friend—then turned around and treated me like a prostitute».

«The fact that I was 18, even though I was living such a full life and thought I was very mature at 18… It’s scientifically proven that our frontal lobes develop only by the age of 25−26», - Hayden noted in the May 11 episode. «So, even if I felt I could make healthy and safe decisions, I wasn’t fully capable of understanding what was happening around me».
