Hillary Clinton appeared before the House Oversight Committee on February 26, 2026, to answer questions about Jeffrey Epstein, the deceased criminal convicted of sex crimes involving children, with whom her husband, Bill Clinton, was close many years ago. She issued a statement insisting that she had «no idea» about Epstein’s «criminal activities» or those of his associate Ghislaine Maxwell. According to the former Secretary of State, she «does not remember» ever meeting Epstein.

Hillary’s testimony is part of a government investigation into the Epstein case, the materials of which have been released in batches over the past few months of Donald Trump’s presidency.
«You forced me to testify, fully knowing that I have no information that could help your investigation, to distract from the actions of President Trump and to cover them up, despite legitimate calls for answers», - Hillary stated for the House Oversight Committee. «If this committee is serious about uncovering the truth about Epstein’s crimes, it should not rely on press conferences to get answers from our current president about his involvement; it should ask him directly under oath about the tens of thousands of times he is mentioned in Epstein’s materials».
Hillary’s name is indeed mentioned in Epstein’s materials, but she has never had direct communication with him. Her husband, Bill, however, acknowledges that he flew on Epstein’s plane several times, although he claims he never visited the deceased criminal’s island.
Hillary is not connected to Epstein’s crimes or any other offenses
