Halle Berry is preparing for the premiere of her new horror film «Don't Let Go» in the fall, but one of her children may not watch it. The actress from the film «Die Another Day», 57-year-old Halle, discussed in a new interview with Extra at CinemaCon on April 10, whether her two children, Nahla, 16, and Maceo-Robert, 10, will watch the new scary movie.
When asked if her children will watch «Don't Let Go», Halle said that her older child prefers horror. She said that Nahla will «like» this film, but it may not be suitable for Maceo-Robert. «My 16-year-old daughter, yes. My son will have nightmares for a very long time, so no», - she told Extra. «I mean, he saw the trailer for a scary movie, and it took us a year to get him to go to sleep by himself, so he won’t see it».
Although her son may not watch the film, Halle admitted that filming «Don't Let Go» made her appreciate her two children in a new way. «I learned that from this movie. My children are my most precious treasures», - she said.
«Don't Let Go» is a psychological thriller about a family haunted by a spirit for many years, and one of the children questions whether evil exists, according to IMDb. The film is set to be released on September 27.
While Maceo may not watch «Don't Let Go» anytime soon, Halle has shown that she absolutely loves watching movies with her children! Back in August, the actress revealed that her daughter treated her to watch «Barbie» on her birthday, along with boyfriend Van Hunt. The Bond girl had a great time with her daughter and her beloved. «My little copy (but not so little anymore) and my VanO took me to the Barbie World on my birthday!» she wrote. «I could let my inner Barbie fly!!! I love you… thank you!»
