Ariana Grande experienced an unpleasant encounter with a visitor at the premiere of the movie «Wicked: Forever» in Singapore, who turned out to be an ambitious Australian influencer named «Man in Pajamas», whose real name is Johnson Wen. Wen rushed towards Grande as she and her film partners walked the red carpet, and fans joyfully greeted them from both sides.
As seen in several viral videos from the event, Wen rushed towards the artist with a «so what?» attitude and hugged her, apparently startling Grande. Cynthia Erivo quickly pushed him away, security intervened, and their other partner Michelle Yeoh hugged Grande to comfort her. Erivo, Yeoh, and security seemed to ask Grande if she was okay, and she nodded. The team continued to walk to the premiere, and fans could be heard shouting, «Are you okay?» to the actress who plays Glinda in the two films.
Wen even posted one of the videos from the premiere on his Instagram. He captioned it: «@arianagrande @wickedmovie Dear Ariana Grande, thank you for allowing me to jump on the yellow carpet with you».
