Jacob Roloff’s wife, Isabel Roloff, commented on the family tension surrounding the potential sale of the Roloff farm. In an interview with People published on October 8, she noted that the family views the land as something valuable and expressed regret about the situation.
According to Isabel, she and Jacob, who is the son of Matt Roloff, live on the farm in Oregon, where they are raising their son Mateo. She emphasized that they are grateful for the opportunity to live on this land, but currently feel empty. The tension arose after Jacob stated in a TikTok video that they likely would not remain on the farm after January.
Matt Roloff, for his part, confirmed that he is focused on his retirement plans and aims to be fair to all family members. He also commented that he listed 16 acres of the farm for sale in June for $ 2.6 million. Previously, he had attempted to sell the property for $ 4 million in 2022, and then for $ 2.8 million in August 2025.
Isabel added that there is a lot of pain and tension in the family right now and expressed hope for the possibility of continuing to work and live on the farm. She noted that they still love hosting guests and enjoying their time on the farm, where they grow flowers, pumpkins, and vegetables.
