The Republican vice-presidential candidate — a father and husband who spoke about his wife and children during the 2024 White House race. In his speech at the July 2024 Republican National Convention, JD shared that his greatest achievement in life is being a father and providing his children with everything he lacked in his own childhood.
«I wanted to give my children what I didn’t have in my childhood», - JD said, adding: «And that’s an achievement I’m proud of. They’re back at the hotel now, and kids, if you’re watching, daddy loves you very much, but go to sleep. It’s already 10 o’clock».
