Jenny Mai and Jeezy are officially ready to leave their marriage behind. According to numerous reports, the two former Hollywood spouses have settled their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, July 12, the divorce was finalized in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.
The final decision does not contain details about the terms of the agreement, child support, and a permanent parenting plan, as the parties agreed to keep these documents sealed.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the court considered the parties' requests to seal the documents and found that «the harm to the parties' and their child’s confidentiality if the documents were made public clearly outweighs the public interest in these specific documents».
Jeezy, 46, and Jenny, 45, who are raising their 3-year-old daughter Monaco, were ordered not to «disseminate, distribute, publish, or cause the dissemination, distribution [or] publication of the Property Settlement Agreement or Child Support Calculation to any person or by any means, including, but not limited to, any form of media, social networks, or the internet».
Back in September 2023, Jeezy (real name Jay Wayne Jenkins) surprised fans when he filed for divorce from Jenny. At the time, the rapper stated in court documents that the marriage «is irretrievably broken» and «there is no hope of reconciliation».
