Jelly Roll and Bunny HO are ready to become parents! During the latest episode of their podcast «Dumb Blonde», - Bunny, 44, revealed that she and artist «Son of a Sinner» Jelly Roll, 39, plan to have children through a surrogate mother. Recounting their journey through IVF, Bunny recalled a conversation with Jelly Roll «a few months ago» about the possibility of having children.
«And I just thought, I’ve achieved so much in my life», - she remembered. «And the only thing left is to raise a child and do gardening. I’m in my era of motherhood and gardening. Jay said… 'I would like to have a child with you.' And that was not the answer I was expecting».
Expressing surprise at his response, Bunny recalled asking him, «Really? Have you always felt that way?» and he replied, «Yes, I will always be ready to have a child with you. If you want to have a child, great. If not, also great. Whatever you want to do».
Noting that her husband is «very excited» to become a father, Bunny explained that they intend to keep their journey private.
«I will just be honest with you. I will not carry a child», - she explained, referring to the choice of a surrogate. «I am not able to let my hormones go out of control… I have reached a state of balance. My anxiety is finally good. I have no depression — of course, I have bad days and the like, but nothing like what I went through in 2019».
Bunny also noted that «there is nothing wrong with having a surrogate mother» and emphasized that it would be difficult for her to carry a child. Considering that she «lost many children» in the past, the podcast host pointed out that she and Jelly Roll «do not have time for this», - because her busy schedule «does not allow me to… go through another miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy».
As for the number of children they want, Bunny explained that they are «considering twins», - but said, «We think we want to have twin boys. I’m not sure. We may have one, we may have two. We don’t know what we will do. We do not plan to implant until February 2025»
