Jenn Tran starts a new chapter after being disappointed in «The Bachelorette»

Despite the disappointing end to her journey on «The Bachelorette», - Jenn Tran is starting a new chapter. After the emotional finale of the 31st season aired on ABC, the cast of «Dancing with the Stars» was announced on Wednesday, September 4th, and includes Bachelor Nation contestant, 26-year-old Jenn.
Calling the opportunity a «dream come true» during her appearance on «Good Morning America» that day, Jenn noted that she has experience in ballroom dancing, as she took a university course in this art form.
Jenn will be paired with professional dancer Sasha Farber when the 33rd season of «Dancing with the Stars» premieres on September 17th.
This news came the day after the conclusion of Jenn’s season on «The Bachelorette». In the finale, she and Devin Strader got engaged, and their double proposal depicted a perfect picture of a happy ending. Jenn started the moment by asking the first question, presenting the ring in a seashell, and asking Devin.
«I want to fight for you every day», - she told her now ex-fiancé. «You are everything I ever dreamed of but didn’t know I could have. I want to wake up and choose you every day for the rest of my life».
However, returning to film the «After the Final Rose» segment, Jenn revealed that she and Devin had broken up.
«These past few months have been very difficult», - she explained, originally from New Jersey. «We left Hawaii engaged and very happy. I thought I found the person I would spend the rest of my life with, and then essentially, as soon as we left Hawaii, everything changed. It seemed like he was pulling away. Efforts weren’t consistent, he wasn’t calling as often, not texting as often. I was confused; I didn’t understand because we had just left so happy».
Saying she felt «secondary to everything else in [Devin's] life», - Jenn claimed that he called her and «basically called off the engagement».
«He said he no longer loves me and doesn’t feel the same way», - she said. «He regretted the engagement. And I didn’t know. I knew something had changed all along».
The former couple then confronted each other during the filming of the «After the Final Rose» segment. Jenn told Devin that she couldn’t «understand everything [he] did after [he] called off [their] engagement», - calling his behavior «so disrespectful to everything [they] shared together».
«It completely discredited our entire relationship», - she added, before Devin admitted that he «failed» Jenn
