John Gosselin candidly shared what goes on behind closed doors with his girlfriend, Stefani Lebo, after he lost 50 pounds.
«I've seen muscle mass develop, energy levels increase, my sex life improve — sex is better than ever», - said Gosselin, 47, in an interview with US Sun on Wednesday, July 24. «I feel like many years ago».
The former star of «Jon & Kate Plus 8», - who is currently in a relationship with 37-year-old Lebo, shared that he had low testosterone levels and started taking hormones on doctors' advice.
«If your testosterone level is low — like mine was at 200, while the average level is between 800 and 1100 — no matter how hard you train, you still retain fat in your body», - he explained. «You just don’t build muscle».
After losing weight, Gosselin tightened his sagging skin with the CellSound procedure, focusing on the abdominal area, which he described as «saggy».
