According to photos published by PEOPLE magazine, Timberlake was wearing a graphic t-shirt, a black hoodie, sunglasses, and a matching baseball cap when he exited the building. Earlier that day, he appeared in court to face charges, according to multiple sources.
On Monday, June 17, Timberlake was arrested for alleged drunk driving in the Hamptons. The Sag Harbor Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Hollywood Life.
According to PEOPLE magazine, the police described the moments leading to Timberlake’s arrest in a press release. He failed to stop at a stop sign while driving a BMW 2025 and was subsequently pulled over by police.
«As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle while under the influence», - said the Sag Harbor Police Department. «Mr. Timberlake was arrested, processed, and held overnight for a morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned in the Sag Harbor village court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., where he was released on bail».
According to the publication, the «Sexyback» singer is scheduled to appear in court in July. He is currently on tour and is expected to perform at Madison Square Garden next week.
