Kyle Movitz seeks to bar Kroy Biermann from seeing the children

Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kroy Biermann, has once again expressed his desire to keep her ex-husband away from their children. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Moivitz filed a response following his motion for an expedited temporary hearing in Georgia on September 24. He reiterated his allegations against Biermann, who is currently dating Moivitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green.
In the filing dated September 22, Moivitz expressed concern about Biermann’s presence around his children amid Green’s relationship with the former football player. The documents state that he «clearly indicates concerns regarding Mr. Biermann, including his unpredictable behavior and history of stalking [Moivitz]». It also mentions that Biermann has a history of physical and psychological abuse towards both adults and his own children, as well as issues with mental health and anger management.
Moivitz added that he does not consider his measures to protect the children «absurd». He claims that Biermann poses a risk to the children’s safety and that «in the best interest of the children», - Green should be prohibited from contacting Biermann. As specific «safety measures», - Moivitz requested the court to «remove weapons» from the home and «install external security cameras».
The documents also contain an assertion that Green continues to invite Biermann into the home late at night when the children are in her care and often leaves them with third parties to spend time with Biermann. Moivitz clarified that he is not trying to access the security cameras but merely wants them to be operational for potential review in case of an incident concerning the children’s safety.
While Moivitz does not want his children to interact with Biermann, he does not oppose Green’s relationship with him. The filing states that he is not trying to prevent Green from dating Biermann but is only seeking protection for the children and wants Biermann not to be in the house when the children are present.
Moivitz also stated that Green has not responded or coordinated with him on matters concerning the children’s safety.
