Today is a great day! Cameron Diaz is returning to her roots in the action-comedy «Back in Action». In an interview for Extra on January 16, 2025, the star of «Charlie's Angels», the 52-year-old actress, explained what it took for her to return to the set after a ten-year break.

«Fifteen years ago, your mom and I were unofficial CIA agents», - Fox explains to their two surprised children in a dynamic trailer. «But we went off the grid to start a family», - Diaz adds. «Can you beat up all the dads at my school?» their son asks as the family rushes through traffic. «I can beat them all, just not at the same time», - Fox jokes.
Fox, who faced «medical complications» during filming in April 2023, stars alongside Diaz as her husband. They previously worked together in the film «Annie», which was also Diaz’s last film before the long break. They also starred together in the film «Any Given Sunday» in 1999.
Mckenna Roberts plays their daughter Alice, and Ryland Jackson plays their son Leo. Glenn Close, Kyle Chandler, and Andrew Scott also appear in supporting roles, among others.
