«Casey Masgraves is thrilled with Chappell Roan’s performance at the Bonnaroo festival»

It’s hard not to get caught up in the excitement surrounding Chappell Roan. If you haven’t had the song «Red Wine Supernova» stuck in your head, been blown away by the aerial videos of her festival performances, or seen her epic Statue of Liberty outfit at the Governor’s Ball in New York, do yourself a favor and listen to the album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, and don’t come back until you’ve learned the dance to «Hot To Go». One of Chappell’s 26-year-old singer’s fans is none other than country star Casey Musgraves, 35.
The singer and songwriter of «Deeper Well» was present at the Bonnaroo music and arts festival in Tennessee over the weekend, and she shared that she enjoyed Chappell’s performance on Sunday, June 16. Casey shared a photo, apparently taken after the singer’s performance at the «Pink Pony Club» on Instagram, and she looked so happy to meet Chappell, whose real name is Kayli Rose Amstutz. Casey captioned the post with a link to Chappell’s song «Casual».
In the photo, both ladies looked like they were having a great time. Casey was in a bright pink dress and covered her head with a silk scarf. Chappell was still in part of her stage outfit, although most of her signature pale stage makeup had been washed off. She was in a blue latex corset and shorts, as well as stockings and white boots.
Before sharing behind-the-scenes photos, Casey shared some videos of Chappell’s performance on her Instagram Story. Throughout the day, she shared a large number of photos and videos, showing off her outfit (including huge pink sunglasses) and other performances, such as Megan Thee Stallion.
Although Casey was not on the lineup for Bonnaroo this year, she just finished a series of concerts in Europe in May. She is also gearing up to embark on a North American tour for her Deeper Well world tour in the fall. These concerts will feature support from Nickel Creek, Lord Huron, and Father John Misty
