Chloe Kardashian is in no rush to return to the dating pool, she clarified during the latest episode of the Kardashians show. Speaking with Scott Disick on Thursday, June 6, the 39-year-old mother of two clearly and loudly stated that she is not ready to date yet.
«Everyone judges how I spend my time because I’m not dating», - Chloe said in her monologue, referring to her recent relationship with ex Tristan Thompson. «I stopped dating Tristan when Tatum was still in the womb. Two and a half years — that’s not that long!»
Acknowledging that «this is life, we all have to grow and move on», - in her monologue, the Good American founder affirmed her thoughts, discussing them with 41-year-old Scott.
«I don’t want to», - she told Scott. «When I finish with the kids at 9 pm, I have limited time. I need to get up at 4:30 am. From 9 pm to 4:30 am — that’s my time. I don’t want to share it with a man. I don’t want to share my TV. I don’t want to share my bed».
Chloe shares her two children, True and Tatum, with Tristan, 33.
When asked if the «door is closed» on «any hope» of reconciliation with the basketball player, Chloe replied: «Scott. Phew. The door is closed».
Speaking with producers later, the Hulu personality opened up about balancing romance with motherhood.
«I don’t know how you’re supposed to date when you have kids», - she explained. «Because I’m not bringing you to my house where my kids are, and I’m not going to your house where you’re undressing me in your basement and killing me. And I’m also not going to a public restaurant or place where people can take pictures, and you become another notch on my belt in the eyes of the public. No way!»
Chloe and Tristan dated on and off from 2016 to 2021 after his paternity scandal with Maralee Nichols became known in December. He then publicly apologized to Chloe for his infidelity. Although the exes initially had strained relations regarding co-parenting, they have since repaired their relationship and developed a friendly bond. Chloe even allowed Tristan to stay briefly at her home while his house was under construction
