Kim Kardashian recalled the moment when she broke several fingers in a sliding door. During a new episode of the show «Keeping Up with the Kardashians», - which aired on Thursday, July 18, the 43-year-old reality star described the horrifying incident as «more painful than childbirth».
«I have a big sliding door in the bathroom that opens. I was closing it, and there’s no lock», - explained Kim. «You have to pull the mechanism from the inside. Saint ran in with chips, and I said, 'It's 8:30 at night, we don’t need chips!'»
Kim is raising her children — North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm — with her ex-husband Kanye West.
After the door «slammed» on her fingers, Kim «fell to the floor», - looking at her hand.
«I just grabbed the table and went down on my knees because I saw all this blood», - added Skims founder. «The pain is terrible. You can’t describe that pain, but your whole body is in shock. It was more painful than childbirth».
Speaking with a plastic surgeon, Kim shared that the doctor said there was a «chance that [her] nail may never grow back».
Nevertheless, she did not let the painful injury deter her. Although the tip of her finger was broken, Kim added, «I have things to do. This won’t stop me».
