When you have a crown worth almost 5 billion dollars on your head, perhaps you can understand being a little annoyed when your royal attire doesn’t fit properly, even with the help of four nimble servants. Maybe!

But I don’t think I or most people in the world will ever experience such luxury. So it seems a bit silly when the British monarch looks so irritated when the pages can’t properly put on his royal attire as he delivers a speech before Parliament (with the Imperial Crown on his head) at Westminster Palace in London on Wednesday, July 17.

British Sky News shared a clip of King Charles III, 75, who seemed to repeatedly wave his hand, trying to adjust his annoying attire. After the attire didn’t work, the page boy returned to the king and properly adjusted the attire. Charles seemed to whisper «thank you» to his young assistant.

This is the moment when the page boy tries to adjust King Charles’s attire before his speech in the House of Lords.

Queen Camilla, who celebrated her 77th birthday on the same day, sat to his left.

Aside from this minor hiccup, Charles delivered the Royal Speech from the Sovereign’s Throne and spoke about plans to combat climate change and end the role of hereditary legislators. The ceremonial Royal Speech showcased the progressive priorities of the British Labour government, which has become more left-leaning for the first time in 14 years.

Wednesday’s speech was one of King Charles’s most significant public appearances since being diagnosed with an unspecified type of cancer earlier this year. Charles took a break from public appearances to undergo treatment for about three months before returning to duties in early summer.

Charles announced a major change in the upcoming royal tour with him and Camilla. In October, the king and queen are set to visit Australia and Samoa to participate in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. It was previously expected that they would add New Zealand to the trip, but Charles will skip the visit to the island nation due to ongoing treatment.

«In close consultation with the Prime Ministers of Australia and New Zealand, and taking into account time pressures and logistics, it has been agreed to limit the visit to Samoa and Australia only», - the statement read on July 16, according to Hello! magazine.

«Their Majesties express their deep gratitude and best wishes to all parties for their continued support and understanding»
