Coroner reveals cause of death for Hayden Panettiere

The Greenville County coroner’s office has released the cause of death for Hayden Panettiere. According to the press release, the cause of death was determined to be the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine. The circumstances of her death were ruled an accident.
Panettiere passed away in Greenville, South Carolina, on August 16 at the age of 36. According to the coroner, a call was made to emergency services regarding a suspected heart attack. Upon arrival, rescuers found the woman in cardiac arrest and began resuscitation efforts; however, attempts to revive her were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead at 2:32 PM.
On Saturday, a memorial service for Panettiere was held in Malibu, where she was fondly remembered, although three significant figures were absent from the event. According to People magazine, the actress’s mother, Leslie Vogel, did not attend the service, nor did her boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson, who were with her at the time of her death. TMZ reported that Leslie claimed she was invited but could not attend due to a family emergency. Hayden’s father, Skip Panettiere, was invited and attended the event.
Among the guests who came to honor the actress were her co-stars from the series «Nashville», - Connie Britton, Jonathan Jackson, and Sam Palladio, as well as Ruby Rose, Evan Ross, Beverly D’Angelo, Storm Santos, Carolina D’Amore, Cameron Richardson, and Paris Hilton. Britton delivered a speech, and actor Charles Esten also performed a song from «Nashville». According to TMZ, around 150 guests witnessed the release of doves as part of the ceremony.
